Of course we hope you love your item just as much as we do. But we understand that sometimes it happens that you changed your mind or it just doesn't fit your outfit. In that case you can return your items within 14 days of delivery.
For all returns and exchanges, please send an e-mail to info@laperlesauvage.
- Email the items to be returned and the reason for return to info@laperlesauvage.com.
- We will e-mail you the return address.
Return conditions
- The shipment costs of a return are your own responsibility
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item
- Items can only be returned unworn
- Items have to be returned in original packaging
- No exchanges can be done for another item
As soon as we have received the return package, your return will be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Within a few days after processing your return, you will receive the purchase amount back on your account. The reimbursement takes place via the payment method you have chosen when paying for your order. Have you chosen for AfterPay? Then you will receive a modified invoice within 24 hours. If you have already paid the full invoice, you will receive a refund of the overpaid amount.
